Gooday Hushbox Nation
In response to the many emails and phone calls asking about my whereabouts, what's going on with the web site, and where are the "kewl" Hushbox events and the Hotlist, I thought to offer some sort of update, in particular for those who are not on my personal lists.
Since December, I have been a bit busy with a variety of projects. I was booked on another Cassandra Wilson project in New Orleans as lead visual guru aka stylist (YAHOO-we luv Ms. Wilson), traveled to Texas, and have been really busy working on the k2 case study residence, party pad, and home of some future really "kewl" private events.
The Hushbox is still in effect, we have just been a bit lazy to be honest with some updates...If you are in need of project management, email marketing, consulting on a variety of lifestyle concepts, or in need of event production with a certain level of simplicity that reaches and penetrates an amazing hard to reach niche, please do not hesitate to ring me or email. Bare with me please as I multi task, offer a drink or 2, or just say a prayer.
Additionally, in the event you did not know, I'm an interior design consultant/designer sorta guy in addition to the many other lifestyle design things that I do, from curating, marketing and managing to producing some pretty "kewl" events for some amazing clients... Feel free to check out the old KAB designs web site which features me more as a clothing designer and still shows me with long dreads, but as many know, I cut them off while in Egypt back in September and now sport a dread hawk. Stay tuned for an updated KAB Designs web site that will truly become home to all things kebo.
Often times I take for granted design challenges that come with ease and the amount of time that goes into many of the things that I do, and perhaps I don't give myself credit for things that come very natural to me, but in the last few months or so in conversations with a dear friend, I have realized that real talent and hard work are things that you have, or you don't and regardless as to how much HGTV and TLC you watch, it may not yield you the home in which you desire without some real professional help... there is only so much DIY that one can do.
With that said, check out a few before and after pics of the k2 case study kitchen. Comments are welcome and I'm for hire.
