KOPI EXCLUSIVES
For over twenty years, Yves Saint Laurent designed small season’s greeting posters entitled “Love.” Generally they were pop art images with a heart appearing as the central motif representing one of Saint Laurent’s true loves, his French bulldog Moujik. Being the owner and lover of my own French bulldog, in some small way, as Yves Saint Laurent represented his Moujik, I’m representing my Kopi.
This limited edition series of tees featuring Kopi are actually heat transfers vs silk screening. The process involves printing the image, and then hand cutting it out and transferring the image to shirts via a hot press. This is a more time consuming craft style process but yields a special almost 3 dimensional like image. The larger batches for SS/2017 will be more of a screen print nature but we were excited to introduce these into the marketplace.
These are very limited because of the time consuming process.
The tees are semi fitted, not tight, and are models from UNI QLO, and of high quality.
